OK so you may have noticed something different to the start of today’s show huh? Well you know that my background is in dance music and I just couldn’t resist dropping in the absolute CLASSIC ‘7 Ways To Love’ by Cola Boy - and the reason I did that, is because today I’m talking with Janey Lee Grace, who was the vocalist on that track which reached No.8 in the UK Top 40 singles chart back in 1991 (when I was 12 years old!).
Janey began her career as a backing singer for George Michael and Wham!, Kim Wilde and Boy George. She has presented shows for Virgin Radio, BBC London and Radio 1.
She wrote the best-selling book 'Imperfectly Natural Woman – getting life right the natural way, and has been helping small business owners and entrepreneurs to increase their brand awareness through PR and media.
Janey learned all the tips and secrets that she is offering you today the hard way, but her efforts rewarded her with; as an author, – an Amazon No 1 Best-selling book, many national TV appearances as an expert commentator, and as a presenter – 15 years (and still counting) as a co-presenter on the UK’s biggest radio show on BBC Radio 2 (now 8 million listeners) and also being voted the No 1 personality in the Natural Beauty Industry Yearbook for two years running, and a website that received a quarter of a million hits in its first month on-line.
Janey currently write columns for many magazines, and her PR work for individual clients have resulted in some life-changing Media breakthroughs for them.
