On this week’s episode of Escape The Rat Race Radio, I’m very pleased to welcome former special forces captain in the Swedish marines, now turned serial entrepreneur, mentor and successful property investor, Fredrik Sandvall.
Our main topic of discussion this week is Entrepreneur funding, and why so many people starting out in business, in fact generally, find it so difficult to talk about money.
After leaving the military, Fredrik spent over twenty years gaining experience within management and consulting, working at senior levels within the world’s largest organisations to create growth. During this time, he raised many millions of pounds worth of finance for different companies, and he realised the power in learning how to use other people's money through funding.
After so many years within the corporate world, Fredrik decided to focus on his own business, and along with his brother Mattias, they decided to work closely with the Property Investors Network (PIN) in the UK, transferring his knowledge of raising finance in business, to working with other investors and establishing a property portfolio with a value of over £5m within the first 12 months.
Fredrik has since focused on his love of helping other individuals to achieve their own financial goals by mentoring other aspiring entrepreneurs, with several having gone on to raise multiple millions in less than a year!
