In 2012 Carrie decided that she was going to create an online hub with the mission of inspiring and empowering women from around the world to turn their ideas into a reality, build successful businesses and live a life they love. At that point she had no idea how she was going to achieve this, but as she reveals within the interview….conditioning your mind for success is crucial.
Despite leading such a global movement of female entrepreneurs, Carrie admits to being a massive introvert who struggled massively with putting herself out there and recording videos to share with her community. Everyone starts somewhere.
